Sovrè is built on discretion. We collect only the information necessary to serve you well, we never sell your personal data, and we treat every detail you share with us as the private matter it is. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and how it is protected.

01

Who We Are

Sovrè LLC is a luxury art advisory and interior design firm established in 2026, based in San Antonio, Texas. We operate the website located at sovrè.com (the "Site") and provide curated art acquisition, interior design consultation, and private membership services to discerning clients.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Sovrè," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Sovrè LLC. "You" refers to any person who visits our Site, submits an enquiry, engages with our services, or communicates with our team or AI agents.

Questions about this policy may be directed to us at the contact information provided in Section 14.

02

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: directly from you when you provide it, and automatically when you use our Site.

Information You Provide Directly:

  • Contact information: your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you submit an enquiry, book a consultation, or register for membership
  • Enquiry content: details you share about your space, aesthetic preferences, collection interests, and budget range
  • Communication records: messages exchanged with our team, AI agents (including Vera, Raphael, and Isadora), or via email
  • Transaction information: purchase details and payment records processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems
  • Membership information: your tier selection, preferences, and engagement history as a Sovrè member
  • Professional and lifestyle context voluntarily shared during advisory consultations, to the extent relevant to our services

Information Collected Automatically:

  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent on the Site, referring URLs, and navigation patterns
  • Device and technical data: browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address
  • Cookie data: as described in Section 11
03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you have requested, including art advisory, design consultation, and proposal preparation
  • To manage your membership, including delivering member benefits, first-access notifications, and personalised communications
  • To maintain the relationship context that allows us to serve you well over time — understanding your taste, your spaces, and your collection history
  • To process transactions securely through our payment provider
  • To improve the Site and our services based on how visitors use them
  • To send newsletters, market intelligence reports, and editorial content to members and subscribers who have opted in to receive them
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations, including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements that apply to art dealers under federal law
  • To protect the security and integrity of our Site and business operations

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

04

AI Agents and Automated Interactions

Sovrè's website incorporates AI-powered advisory agents — including Vera (our digital concierge), Raphael (Art Discovery), and Isadora (Design Consultant) — to assist visitors and clients. These agents are powered by Anthropic's Claude API.

When you interact with an AI agent on our Site:

  • The content of your conversation may be processed by Anthropic's API infrastructure. Anthropic's privacy practices govern how they handle API data and can be reviewed at anthropic.com
  • Conversation content relevant to your advisory relationship with Sovrè may be retained by us to provide continuity of service across future interactions
  • Our AI agents are instructed never to claim to be human. If you ask sincerely whether you are speaking with a person or an AI, the agent will confirm it is an AI
  • Our AI agents are instructed not to share information about other clients, internal pricing structures, or confidential business details

AI interactions are subject to the same confidentiality standards as all other communications with Sovrè.

05

Third-Party Service Providers

We work with a limited number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf. Each is engaged under terms that protect your information:

  • Stripe — payment processing for art purchases and membership subscriptions. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and their privacy policy governs the handling of payment data
  • Anthropic — AI language model infrastructure powering our client-facing advisory agents
  • GoDaddy — website hosting and domain management
  • Google Analytics — anonymous site usage analytics. Data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors. You may opt out via Google's opt-out tools
  • Email service providers — used to send transactional communications and member newsletters

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

06

How We Share Your Information

Sovrè does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers listed in Section 5, solely to the extent necessary for them to perform their functions
  • When required by law, court order, or regulatory authority — including AML reporting obligations applicable to high-value art transactions under the Bank Secrecy Act and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020
  • To protect the legal rights, safety, or property of Sovrè, our clients, or the public
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, in which case you will be notified in advance

All Sovrè team members and agents are bound by confidentiality obligations. Client relationships, collection details, and advisory communications are treated as strictly private.

07

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain our relationship with you, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

  • Client and member records are retained for the duration of the relationship and for a period of seven years thereafter, consistent with standard business and tax record-keeping requirements
  • Transaction records related to art purchases are retained for a minimum of five years to comply with AML regulations
  • Marketing communications opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honour your preferences
  • Website usage data collected via analytics is retained for up to 26 months in aggregate form

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations. See Section 9 for details.

08

Security

We implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our Site
  • Secure API key management — your interactions with our AI agents are handled through a protected backend server; API credentials are never exposed in client-side code
  • Payment processing handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-DSS certified infrastructure — Sovrè does not store full payment card numbers
  • Access controls limiting internal access to client data to authorised personnel only
  • Regular security reviews of our Site and infrastructure

No transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that poses significant risk to your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

09

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Access — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction — you may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion — you may request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations
  • Opt-out of marketing — you may unsubscribe from our newsletters and marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any communication, or by contacting us directly
  • Withdrawal of consent — where we rely on your consent to process your information, you may withdraw that consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the details in Section 14. We will respond within 30 days. We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests.

10

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you specific rights regarding your personal information:

  • The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell (we do not sell personal information)
  • The right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
  • The right to opt out of the sale of personal information — Sovrè does not sell personal information
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights

To submit a CCPA request, please contact us using the information in Section 14 and identify yourself as a California resident. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

In the preceding twelve months, Sovrè has not sold any personal information.

11

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve our services. The types of cookies we use are:

  • Essential cookies — necessary for the Site to function. These cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality
  • Analytics cookies — used by Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate. This data is anonymised and does not identify you personally
  • Preference cookies — remember your settings and preferences for a better experience on return visits

You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Site. Where required by law, we seek your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

12

Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

13

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active members by email.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of an updated policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
